About Polo Export
Polo Export was established in 1991 in Tuscany, in central-northern Italy, to offer services and support to importers in the selection, development and shipment of Italian products, especially furniture. Polo Export is well connected with numerous Italian furniture manufacturers, from small artisan workshops to large industries.

We help our customers in every phase of the process, from the first visit to the company to the delivery of the goods, with tailor-made services thought to simplify each step, save time and guarantee maximum quality.
Welcome and assistance
We support importers during trade fairs and visits to companies to enable them in every step of the meeting with the producers.
Complete order management.
From entry to delivery. We monitor each order, check the paperwork and send the necessary documents once the shipment is completed. We manage the relationships and paperwork with the various shipping agents.
Constant presence on the territory.
We regularly visit the production companies and participate in the main trade fairs to ensure continuous updating and direct market control.
Permanent communication.
We keep constant and transparent contact with both customers and companies to ensure fluidity and timeliness in every step of the collaboration.
Logistics organization of the stay and visit planning to the producers.
We take care of the complete planning of the trip: hotel reservations, travel and appointment schedule based on the producers area to be visited.
Market research and product development.
Upon request, we do market research and develop new products based on the feedback and needs of international customers.

We offer quality control services during the production and pre-shipment according to the standards agreed with the customer.
